Memory Wire & Ends
We carry Remberance brand Memory Wire by Beadalon. It is made from Stainless Steel that has been tempered to permanently retain it's shape, size and "springy-ness".

All sizes of Memory Wire come in pre-packaged, 1 ounce packages. We currently carry only the silvery (steel) colored wire that Beadalon refers to as 'Bright'. The approximate number of loops that you will get in a 1 ounce package is listed with each size. The diameter is also approximate and can vary about +/- 1/4". Memory Wire is made of steel. It is very hard and should be cut with heavy duty pliers, or with a special Memory Wire shear that is sold on the Hand Tools page.

This diameter of Memory Wire is a nice size for chocker necklaces for adults.

The coil diameter is approximately 4 to 4.5 inches (10.2 to 11.4 cm). The wire diameter is .025 inches (0.6mm) - but since this is a curved product, bead hole diameters need to be somewhat bigger than that to side onto the wire. You will typically receive about 33 coils in a one ounce package.

This diameter of Memory Wire is a nice size for adult sized bracelets or tie-backs for curtains.

The coil diameter is approximately 2.25 to 2.6 inches (5.7 to 6.7 cm). The wire diameter is .025 inches (0.6mm) - but since this is a curved product, bead hole diameters need to be somewhat bigger than that to side onto the wire. You will typically receive about 60 coils in a one ounce package.

This diameter of Memory Wire is a nice size for bracelets for adults with small wrist or who are looking for a snug fit. Another application is to make beaded napkin rings from this diameter of wire.

The coil diameter is approximately 1.75 to 2.25 inches (4.4 to 5.7 cm). The wire diameter is .025 inches (0.6mm) - but since this is a curved product, bead hole diameters need to be somewhat bigger than that to side onto the wire. You will typically receive about 75 coils in a one ounce package.

This diameter of Memory Wire is a nice size for thumb and toe rings. It is also a great diameter for making wine glass charms.

The coil diameter is approximately 0.75 to 0.84 inches (1.9 to 2.1 cm). The wire diameter is .025 inches (0.6mm) - but since this is a curved product, bead hole diameters need to be somewhat bigger than that to side onto the wire. You will typically receive about 195 coils in a one ounce package. It is common in this size of memory wire to get two coils that equal the correct weight of wire rather than one continuous coil. This is shown in the picture.
