General Shipping Information
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS rates are posted to the right of the service level description when you are on the "Shipping Selection" or "Review and Submit Order" Pages in the checkout process.
First Class mail and and Priority Mail both support delivery confirmation for shipments within the US only. Express Mail (US Only) also offers package tracking services. International shipping is not trackable unless you choose UPS shipping.
United Parcel Service (UPS) Shipping
To see UPS shipping rates, click on the "More" button above the listed shipping choices. You will see the "real time" shipping rates for UPS for your package. You may select your level of service for shipping by clicking on the button next to your preferred choice. All packages are insured and are completely trackable.

Miscellaneous Shipping Information
Fast Shipping Within the US
Please select either Priority Mail, Express Mail or one of the United Parcel Service (UPS) choices on the "Ship To:" menu.
APO/FPO Addresses
We regularly ship to APO/FPO addresses via Priority Mail only.
Insufficient or Incorrect Addresses
We have an automated system that prints your package label from the data you enter in the shopping cart.
We are not responsible for late or lost packages that result from an insufficient or incorrect address.
If the package is returned to us and you desire to have it re-shipped, you will be charged for the additional
shipping charge. If you decide not to have the package re-shipped, you will be refunded for the product amount
only (because the shipping charge has already been paid to the shipping carrier). Please! Review your email
confirmation as soon as you receive it to make sure the address is correct. You may email us to advise us of an
address correction (and we will then print a new label manually).
Items Damaged in Shipment
We do our best to securely package your items. In the rare case that something gets
damaged during shipment, in most cases, we will replace it. UPS and USPS Priority mail are insured.
Just contact us via our support center on our website or via email
with a description of what happened and what was broken.
If you received damaged items from UPS, please save the shipping box as UPS will require that
to make a claim.
Items Lost in Shipment
If you select USPS First Class service, your package is not insured for loss. We are not responsible for the
actions of the Post Office. For Priority Mail and UPS, items lost in transit are insured by us. Please contact us via email or via
the support center on our website to initiate a claim on lost packages.
