We do not backorder items that are out of stock at the time of your order. When an item is out of stock, it is automatically removed from the website. When an item is at a
very low stock level, you will see the number available in the "Availability" field just above the Add to Cart Button.
In the rare event we are still short an item on your order, we will adjust your invoice and payment accordingly. Your paper copy of your invoice will show which items were not available and what you have been charged.
Occasionally we will hold your order for a short time (usually no more than a day) if we know items in your order were due by the day your order was scheduled to ship.
Pearls and handmade items are especially hard to restock since each lot can be very different, so please buy what you think you will need for a project.
