Seven strands of wire make up the core of "Beadalon 7". This is a good, general purpose stringing material. The .018 inch diameter size, (about 0.5mm) is heavy enough to be a good choice for heavier beads, such as larger gemstone bead or India glass beads. Break strength is 20 pounds (9 Kg). It is offered in the basic stainless steel color (silvery grey) that Beadalon calls "bright".
