This books comes from the writers of the "Bead and Button" magazine group. It is one of the clearly written short-subject books in their "Easy Does It" series. This book focuses on combining pearls with other beads (gemstone, precious metal, glass) to make contemporary jewelry designs. There are also projects using Pearls and Sterling Silver wire to make stunning and unique jewelry. Projects include a chocker design incorporating a pendant centerpiece, necklaces using focal toggles and stick pearls, a peyote stitch bracelet weaving pearls and seed beads together, and a knotting project using round and teardrop pearls in a unique pattern (shown on cover).
