Sterling Silver hanger style bails are very affordable due to the delicate cut out designed front and thin back. They are designed for use with components with a large hole, such as many styles of donut beads. Overall size is about 18x5.5mm. Loops at the top of the bail have an opening of about 2.6mm. The back of the finding is narrower than the front (about 2.6mm), but your component must have at least a 5mm hole to allow the top loops to fit through. Note that the metal in these hangers is very thin, so the profile of the finding may look a little different shape than the ones shown in the picture. Sold individually.

The dimension within the bail is about 13mm x 4mm, so any donut with an edge to edge distance of 12mm or less should fit unless they are very thick. Since the bails are made from Sterling Silver, they are fairly soft and can be formed to fit around your pendant to some extent.
While these hanger bails are designed to opened wide enough to slip the donut over the loops, repeated opening and closings or opening the bail past about 45 degrees can cause the material to crack.
