These are the semi-precious White Jade smooth and carved beads we currently have in stock.

White Jade used in the bead market is probably not Jade, but a form of white chalcedony. The stone used as White Jade is semi-translucent with somewhat opaque inclusions dispersed evenly through the stone, giving a Jade-like appearance. The stone is reasonably hard (takes on a good polish).
