Availability:

These faceted rondelles are formed from Apatite - but in an unusual bright Capri blue color tone. Don't worry - these are natural, un-dyed beads, the unique color has been deepened via heat treating in this stock. Beads are between 3.1 to 3.5mm in diameter. Rondelle beads are strung on strands of 14.5 to 15 inches.

Availability:

Apatite rondelle beads are cut from light blue green stock with good clarity. These beads have been shaped and faceted by hand and the picture shows the typical variance in size and shape that you would expect of hand cut beads. Current stock consists of strands that are slightly graduated in size. The smallest beads will be on one end of the strand, then beads slowly get bigger in size as you reach the other end. Beads range in diameter from 3.4 to 6mm in diameter. Beads are strung on strands that are 14 inches long.

Apatite rondelle beads are strung on strands in color shaded sections. There are several sections of all bluish beads interspersed with sections of blue-green beads. These beads have been shaped and faceted by hand and the picture shows the typical variance in size and shape that you would expect of hand cut beads. Beads range in diameter from 3.5 to 4.5mm in diameter with similar sizing on individual strands. Strands are 14 to 14.5 inches long.

Availability:

These are some of the biggest Apatite pendant beads that we have ever seen available! The free-form shapes are highly polished but a few pendants may still have some surface texture (due to the very large size of these beads). The gemstone is nicely translucent (impossible to see in the picture), has some internal sparkle, and has slightly more of a blue-green tone than the picture picks up. Pendants range in length from about 20mm to 29mm. Due to the variation in shape and size in this group, matching sets is nearly impossible. The gemstone material is not dyed, but may have been heat treated to enhance the color. Drilled across the top, as shown. Sold individually.

This group of faceted teardrop beads have been formed from nice blue-green Apatite. Much of this stock is fairly clear (for Apatite), but you will see some internal 'lines' in the crystal structure, pale inclusions and/or occasional cloudiness. It is possible that the drilled hole that goes across the tip of the bead may not be exactly level - please account for this possibility in your design. The hole size is fairly small (they were strung on 0.22mm material when we received them). Sold individually and priced by the carat, sizes are given for reference; size ranges overlap because some drops are thinner/thicker than others.

These fully faceted Apatite beads are cut in a Marquise shape. While much of this stock is fairly clear (for Apatite), you will see some internal 'lines' in the crystal structure and occasional tiny black inclusions. It is possible that the drilled hole that goes across the tip of the bead may not be exactly level - please account for this possibility in your design. Due to the small size of these drops, expect that the hole size will also be small (they were strung on 0.3mm material when we received them). Sold individually and priced by the carat, sizes are given for reference; size ranges overlap because some drops are thinner/thicker than others.

Beautiful blue green Apatite is cut into flat coin shapes. Beads measure 5-6mm in diameter (sizes are relatively uniform on each individual strand). Please note from the picture that some beads have light brown to black inclusions or are not entirely transparent. Beads come on 15" strands.

Nicely colored blue green Apatite has been cut into petite smooth oval shaped beads. Beads measure 4.5x3.5mm to 7x4.5mm in size. Clarity is fairly good, but please note from the picture that some beads have light brown to black inclusions. Beads come on 14.5" strands.
