Moss Agate gets is color from greenish, moss-like inclusions that come from a mineral called chlorite. Sometimes there will be so many inclusions that the beads will look almost black - but when you hold it up to the light, you will see the inclusions. Moss Agate can also be almost clear - or have white or light green inclusions.
