Fire Polish Glass Beads - Teardrop
Our glass teardrop beads are perfect for making the skirt in glass angels as shown in the example at the bottom of this page. They also may be arranged while stringing to create a stunning and sparkly design!

Beads may come packaged either on strings, or loose (in a bag), depending on what stock is available. Teardrop beads are packaged 10 beads to the bag.

Making Beaded Angels
Beaded Angels are simple to make and have so many uses! Make a matching pair for earrings, or use just one for an amulet or to dress up a zipper pull. These also look great on Cell Phone Cords.
To make the silver winged angel shown in the product pictures above, you'll need the Sapphire AB Teardrops from this page, plus Pewter SP Angel Wing Beads, 4mm Sapphire AB Round beads for the head, India Silver Small Beadcaps for the skirt top and Silver Plated 4mm Rope Heishes for the halo. All beads are stacked on a Sterling Silver Headpin. We cut the headpin about 1/2" above the halo bead and formed a loop using round nose pliers, but you can finish the top in whatever way works best with your design.
To make the gold winged angel shown above, you'll need the Rose AB Teardrops from this page, plus Pewter GP Angel Wing Beads, 4mm Rose Ghost Round beads for the head, Vermeil-style Beadcaps for the skirt top and Vermeil-style Daisy Spacers for the halo.. All beads are stacked on a Gold Filled Headpin.
