Preciosa Crystal 4mm Bicone, Crystal Vitrail, two sided application (see more information). Beads are about 4.2mm in diameter and about 3.6mm on the drilled dimension, hole size is approximately 0.9mm. Also called a 69 302 Bead Rondel. Sold in packages of 48 beads.
The manufacturer applies this finish as a partial coating, termed a two sided finish. Bicone beads, no matter how many facets they have, are considered to have eight sides, so about 1/4 of the bead has the finish applied.
