Here is a handy product you'll want to add to your beading tools. Tacky bead mats are great for keeping track of small items such as crimps or other small beads that roll away while you are trying to work with them. It can also be used for laying out smaller stringing projects before you string them. Tacky mats have a sticky surface to keep parts from rolling, but will not leave a residue on them or your fingers. If the mat gets dust or debris on it, you simply rinse with water to recharge the sticky nature of the mat. Mats are deep blue in color and measure 4.25x4.25 inches (10.8x10.8 cm).
