Two common anti-tarnish finishes for silver are rhodium and Fine Silver.

Rhodium is a hard, silvery white metal related to the platinum group that doesn't tarnish and is very durable but also quite expensive. Fine Silver also doesn't tarnish, and it's much more affordable, but it's soft so it typically requires an additional anti-tarnish coating. In both cases, because the coating is made from a metal that doesn't tarnish, silver that has been plated with either rhodium or Fine Silver will remain bright and shiny until the plating wears off.
