Description
These Solid Copper Hanger Bails are custom manufactured just for us! They are designed for use with components with a large hole, such as many styles of donut beads. Overall size is about 17x4.8mm. Loops at the top of the bail have an opening of about 3x2mm. The back of the finding is narrower than the front (about 2.5mm), but your component must have at least a 4mm hole to allow the top loops to fit through. The design of this bail allow you to easily exchange donuts or other components.
These donut hangers will fit a range of donut sizes. Shown in the detail picture is a 25mm two gemstone donut and a 30mm Sodalite donut. 30mm donuts that are thicker than 4.5mm will fit in the hanger, but the bail may not close enough to allow the loops to line up (adding a copper jump ring can help secure them, but may not be the appearance that you desire). Since they are made from Solid copper, the bails are fairly soft and can be formed to fit around your pendant to some extent.
