Replacement tips for the Thread Zap II thread burner tool. Just pull the old tip out from the top of the tool and insert a new one. A few people have reported that the tip on this tool becomes loose and sometimes loose enough to fall out. This is easily remedied by very gently bending the two bottom ends of the tip away from each other a bit, then re-inserting into the tool.
This tool can be used on the ends of thicker cords such as Rattail to stop fraying, but it takes longer than with thin cord such as beading thread.
