These Rectangular Flip Top tubes have lots of great features! They are made from very clear plastic, so you can see exactly what shape and color of bead is inside. They are nice for small items (seed beads, beads up to about 8mm or metal findings). They line up neatly in small trays or boxes that you may already have or can be cheaply bought at a hardware store. Flip tops make it easy to dispense just the number of beads that you want at a time. The tops fit snugly in the tubes and the flip portion snaps open and closed for secure control of your beads. Some people also call these containers a tic tac box. Beads are shown as an example and are not included.
Tubes are made of clear, rigid plastic, 1 7/8" x 1" x 7/16" (48mm x 25mm x 11mm) with a softer plastic flip top lid. When the lid is inserted, the overall height is 1 15/16" (49mm). Package size: 10 tubes + 10 lids.
International Shipments: Due to the size of this product, a maximum of 4 packages can fit in a shipping box. If you order more than 4 packages at a time you will be assessed a shipping fee in addition to the one calculated by the shopping cart.
Organization tip: You can mark either the tube or the lid with a permanent marker (such as a "Sharpie") to denote size or other information about the beads within.
Flip top openings can be a bit hard to open and close at first. This is intentional - after a bit of use they will be easier to use but will still close securely.
Use these flip top tubes to help organize an inexpensive tray or craft case from the hardware store or thrift mart. The example above uses 48 tubes in a divided plastic box.
