We've been asking our suppliers for ages for tiny pearls in dyed colors. We just recently have been getting a few choices, such as these lovely Baby Pink buttons. Pearl diameters (undrilled dimension) range 2.3-2.7mm, and you find about 220-240 pearls per strand. Temporarily strung on two threads that measure 0.11mm each.

These naturally colored pearls have been selected in rose/peach color tones. Very good to excellent luster in diameters of 2.6mm to 3.1mm. Drilled dimension averages 1.8mm. Temporarily strung on two threads that measure 0.13mm each.

These creamy white coin pearls have terrific luster and an opalescent sheen. Sizes vary a bit: diameters range 10.5 to 12mm, but most tend to be about 11mm.

A cross between a rice shape with a bit of the visual texture of a nugget pearl - we call it a Rice Nugget. Bright medium pink color and very nice luster adds appeal. Pearls measure about 6mm on the un-drilled dimension and range from about 6.5 to 8mm long.

Bright medium pink teardrop pearls - these are on the smaller size range and have nice luster. Pearls measure between 5 to 6mm long and are between 3.8 to 4.3mm at the widest point. Pearls are mostly egg shaped and are drilled through the narrow tip of the pearl. A few pearls may exhibit very slight banding.

Smaller teardrop pearls in a dark gold color tone. These pearls look somewhat bronze to metallic due to the highlight colors of green, yellow and rose. Pearls measure between 5.5 to 6mm long and are close to 4.5mm at the widest point. A few pearls may exhibit very slight banding.

Our photographer labeled these "toffee" pearls - and the name stuck (ouch - bad pun)! These teardrops are a muted shade of gold that looks much like that sugary treat - and you'll see some subtle highlights in olivine tones. Pearls are in rice to egg shapes; pearls measure between 5.5 to 6.5mm long and are between 4.6 to 5mm at the widest point. A few may exhibit slight banding or dimples, as shown.

These small creamy white potato pearls have very good luster and uniform sizing. Shapes include traditional potato shapes and pearls that are slightly flattened on one side (more like a button). You may also see occasional slight banding or dimples. Pearls measure 3.6-4mm on the undrilled dimension and about 2.5-3mm on the drilled dimension.
