Payment Methods

You can pay for your order on-line using our secure server using either your Credit Card or PayPal.

Visa


Credit Card (via Secure Server)

You may make your payment with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card. All transactions take place over a secure server (via secure socket layer or 'SSL'). This is very safe. Your credit card information is encrypted at all times that it is moving across the Internet. We do not receive or store your credit card information unless you specifically check the box "Store my credit card information" on the payment option page. Customers sometimes choose to store information if they expect to place future orders and want to expedite their checkout process.

We have implemented a credit card approval system that requires your card number, your expiration date and the security code from the back of your credit card. This insures that only the person who physically has the credit card can make purchase (this vastly reduces the chance that someone else could make a purchase using your credit card).

We have had a few people have problems finding or entering this code. To avoid frustration placing your order, please read on.

To enter your credit card information on the "Payment Information Page":

  • Have your physical card ready and choose the appropriate credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX) from the payment menu.
  • Enter your credit card number (no spaces or dashes)
  • Choose your expiration month and year from the menus (if your card has a 'day' of expiration, it is not required)
  • Enter the credit card holders name as it appears on the card
  • Enter the card security code. See the just under the entry box for more help. Codes are almost always 3 digits long - and will be printed on the back (VS, MC, DISC) or the front (AMEX) on your card. Only a few non-US banks issue cards that do not have this number.
  • There is an optional box you may check if you wish to store your credit card information on our secure server to expedite future purchases. Ignore that box if you do not wish to store your credit card info.
  • Click on the 'Continue:' button to complete your order. You should get to a screen that has an Invoice number for your records. The shopping cart will send the order confirmation to the email address you supplied. If you don't get an email confirmation it is because the address is entered incorrectly or because your mail server rejects it (for a variety of reasons). If you don't get this email within a couple of minutes, you may email us at Send an Email info@beadedimpressions.com to get a copy or a confirmation.

Errors Matching Your Address

If you are trying to enter your credit card information and you may get an error message that complains about part of your shipping address. The address that you use must match an address that your credit card company knows is yours. Try entering the credit card billing address in the 'Bill To:' fields. In most cases, this will solve credit card submission problems.

When does Beaded Impressions Charge my Credit Card?

When you place your order, your credit card is not immediately charged. Your order generates only an authorization to charge (it checks your address and makes sure the credit limit on your card is not exceeded). Your card is only charged when we are ready to ship your order. We calculate any changes to your total (items out-of-stock, additions you may wish to make) and charge the correct amount to your card.

PayPal

Additional Options

PayPal is an online payment method. You can use your credit card, write an electronic check, or transfer money out of your bank account. You have to do a short signup procedure to do this method.

Please select the 'PayPal' choice as your payment method. Once you review your order and hit submit, you will be taken to the PayPal secure server to login to PayPal and confirm your payment. After you complete your payment, you will be brought back to PearlBeadSale.com and receive an order confirmation.

If something is out-of-stock on your order, refunds are made to you via PayPal.

Checks

We do not accept personal checks.

If payment by check is your only option, these are our suggestions:

  • PayPal has an 'echeck' clearing feature. Please see: paypal.com - you must create or have an account, login, then click on the 'Add Funds' tab. There is a link that steps you through transferring a specific amount of money directly from your bank account to PayPal. If you wish to pay via this method, just follow the PayPal payment instructions in the previous paragraph.
  • Write your check to a friend/family member that will let you use their credit card for a purchase

Money Orders

If you wish to pay via a money order, you will have to call your order into us at 1.800.532.8480 during our business hours M-F 8:30-5 MST as our shopping cart does not support that method of payment. Please have a copy of your shopping cart available when you call so you can provide us with current part numbers for the items you wish to purchase.

Credit Card (via telephone)

We realize that there are people that still don't feel good about entering their credit card number into a form on the Internet. If that is the case, you may call your order into us at 1.800.532.8480 during our business hours M-F 8:30-5 MST. We will take your credit card information over the phone and put your order in manually.

Minimum Orders

We do not have a minimum order size.

Sales Tax

Sales within the State of Colorado are subject to state sales tax unless a copy of your valid Colorado sales tax license is on file with us.

There are no sales taxes for shipments to states outside of Colorado.
